Read-John 12:25-26
Observation: –
We must know that he who can serve God is the one whose inward man (the spirit man) can be released. The basic difficulty of God’s children lies in the failure of the spirit man to break through the soulish man. Therefore we must recognize before God that the first difficulty to our service is not in others but in ourselves. Our spirit seems to be wrapped in a covering so that it cannot easily break forth. If we have never learned how to release our spirit man by breaking through the outward man, we are not able to serve. The Lord has to break the soulish man so that the spirit man can pass through that brokenness and come forth.
Application
-Have experienced the breaking of the outer crust? Has my soulish man been broken or crushed by the Holy Spirit so that my spirit man can be released? Is my spirit man in prison?
Prayer
Pray for the hand of the Lord to be upon you for breaking and all His grace can manifest through you as sons of God. Pray that you will grow faster in Him.
- Pray that this month, the sun and the moon will yield their best for you.
- The sun will not smite you by day nor the moon by night.
- Pray that the heavens will release their best for you, the church and nation in this season. (Psalm 121:6, Hos 2:21-22).
- Ask the Lord to let the release of the fruits to highly enhance your fruitfulness in Him.
- Command the gates of this month to usher in the king of glory into every moment of this coming season.
