Read-Matt.10:38-39
Observation: – Take as another example, a sister. Those who know her recognize that she is of a quick disposition-quick in thought, quick of speech, quick to confess, quick in writing letters, and quick to tear up what she has written. However, those who meet her do not meet her quickness but rather her spirit. She is one who has been crucified with Christ and has become transparent. The removal of the carnal man is such a basic matter. We should not cling to our weak, soulish characteristics, still emitting the same flavor even after five or ten years of the Lord\’s dealing with us. No, we must allow the Lord to forge a way in our lives.
Application
Many can enter this experience and come out again and back and forth but once we have understood the benefit of the fruitfulness of such a lifestyle we plugged in with heaven.
Prayer
Pray for the reality of such a life that all the virtues of the Lord, the gifts and the Lord Himself will come forth through you.
- Pray for the church (you) that the formal structures that are still standing which will not allow the new work of God to manifest will crumble (Hebrew 8:8).
- Pray for the order that retards, delays and hinder the manifestation of the hand of God will be challenged and begin to fragment in Jesus name.
- Pray that the systems in Africa which are so limited and hence, cannot deliver what is required will be changed. The weak institutions will change.
