- A C shaped moon or its mirror image is a crescent; a D shaped moon or its mirror image, is a bow. The occult use the crescent moon as sickles for harvesting the gains of the ignorant.
- This is also the period when they increase their enchantments, strength and fortification. Ignorance is not an excuse for lack of knowledge (1 Cor 14:38).
- The kingdom of darkness tries to align the heavens to adhere to their evil plans and purposes to strengthen the world system. Pray that every prognostication, every alignment from the kingdom of darkness will be turned into confusion in every part of the earth.
- Pray that the heavens will be closed unto all diviners and prognosticators, and their words will be unintelligible mutterings which will return to them (Isa 44:24-25).
- Proclaim Ps 7:10; 59:9&17 and Ps 94:22 for strength and fortification.
Scripture: Daniel 11:34
There are many who might say, “The end-times are here and all these things are written, they are set and there is nothing we can do about it.” That seems to be a prevalent mindset concerning end-time prophecy. I think what that mindset misses is the power of the witnesses. Verse 34 indicates a measure of God\’s intervention. It says, “Now when they fall, they shall be aided with a little help; but many shall join with them by intrigue.” “By intrigue” translates to ‘deceptive flattery.’ There is a reason the antichrist spirit continually uses flattery to gain entrance to places where it can do damage. If the nations in which we live have a prophetic destiny, then it is incumbent on every believer to pray God\’s Judicial authority on the heads of those who are corrupting and taking the nation down a path where it does not belong.
