v Command all creation to reject instruction from any other source except their Creator Himself
v Decree and declare that the gates of this month will be gates of righteousness and praise and the walls salvation.
v Wherever the man of peace shall be, the peace of God will rest upon him and the man of violence shall be judged this new month (Psalm 118:12, Isa 60:18-20, Rev 4:11).
