Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:13
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom
1 Corinthians 2:13 states “These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” No one ever taught me the value of praying in tongues. The greatest value of all may be releasing the unfolding mystery of 1 Corinthians 2. Praying in the Spirit promises to unfold the depths of God’s storehouse containing our personal inheritance and assignment. We pray it out in tongues. One of the most practical things God has ever given us is the prayer language of tongues! When we ask God for the Holy Spirit, He promises not to give us a stone, a serpent or a scorpion but to give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him! God does this for very practical reasons so we can know His plan and agree with it and walk it out! God’s personal plan lasts a lifetime and we may have to pray in the Spirit for a lifetime to uncover the fullness of all that God has in His heart for us! The promise of it will exceed anything we can ask or think!
- Thank God for those in the Body of Christ who have followed the principle of doing exploits and brought about transformation in their territories. There is yet hope for the Body of Christ.
- Pray that the Lord will find you and the believers in Christ in your territory, worthy vessels through whom the people will come to know and fear Him and turn to Him.
Pray that in this season of divine governance, the Lord will touch as many in the Body of Christ in circumstances which will move them to begin to seek Him for divine intervention in every gate of society
