Scripture: Isaiah 28:11-12
Isaiah 28:11-12 says, “For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, to whom He said, ’This is the rest with which you may cause the weary to rest, and this is the refreshing.’ Yet they would not hear.” Tongues is not only a gift, but it is a test. It takes humility and obedience to acquiesce to it. God placed tongues as a sign and a wonder as a test to see what we would do with it. The church has debated and looked for reasons why what God says regarding tongues could not be true! In many Christian circles tongues has become a dividing line with a stigma attached to it, but God ordained it and we are clearly presented with it in Scripture! When there is a debate regarding God’s truth, the wisest thing is to always go with what God says in the Word and by faith let the Holy Spirit prove the Word! Pray in the Spirit until the mystery begins to unfold!
- This month the Lord will continue to allow an acceleration of the speed with which world events are unfolding. The world is moving very fast. Those who are hearing the Lord are also accelerating their speed in responding to Him and increasing their capacity to work faster and do more to accomplish His purposes.
- Pray for the Body of Christ to realize that it is the time which Daniel prophesied in Daniel 12:4b, and to begin to realign accordingly with the Lord’s speed.
- Pray through Revelation 22:2; you and the Body of Christ at large, will receive the fruit from the tree of life for the second Gregorian month.
- Pray that every healing which you require in your body, soul and spirit, in your finances, your family and relationships will be released to you as you partake of the leaves that are for the healing of nations this month.
