Those who do the will of the Father in heaven are our true brothers, sisters, and mothers!
Scripture: Matthew 10:21-22
We find out in the last days who the greatest enemies are. They may even be people in our own
family. In the last days we have to draw a distinction. We need to look at the issue of who is our
family? Do only those who are blood-relatives comprise family or are we in the same position
that Jesus was when Mary and His brothers were asking for Him. Those who do the will of the
Father in heaven are our true brothers, sisters, and mothers! Our true Family is spiritual! Those
who refuse the will of God are potential betrayers!
PRAYER – The King of Tyre ransacked and robbed God’s temple, using the gold to build a
trading city for his own glory and gain. 1Ki 9:11 (Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with
cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee. This is often about money taken from God and used for our own
purposes. This includes areas such as offerings, gambling, financial cheating and debt
Money, materialism- Pray against the order of the day in many nations and among God’s people.
Pray on these things. Gambling – trusting luck, not God. Materialism, using things to meet a spiritual or
emotional need. Clothes, chocolate, shoes, & handbags. Cars, boats, boys\’ toys, houses, sex. TV, music,
books, family, work. Gold from God\’s temple to build our own trading systems.
