For us to qualify as temples of the Living God
Scripture: Ephesians 1:4
Ephesians 1:4 says, “just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,” The first two attributes of sons of God are chosen and holy. Holy is a characteristic of the Lord Himself the seed which He plants in our spirit at our conversion. For us to qualify as temples of the Living God, He has to declare us holy so He can take up residence and dwell in our temple. The third attribute, blameless completes the foundation of acceptance that we must have for God to fill our temple. One third of these attributes -chosen, holy and blameless are given for our qualification to become sons and daughters thus the Temple of the Living God. Accepting these attributes develops a firm foundation for a holy temple! Choosing to accept these three foundational attributes is choosing to grow. God’s plan is to continue this progression all the way to our inheritance and our purpose. God has a divine plan and we must tune into what our part is!
