Nothing is impossible to us in the last days if we accept everything that Jesus did for us.-
Hebrews 9:14-15, Hebrews 10:18-23
Hebrews 9:14-15 declares Jesus’ Blood was shed to purchase an eternal inheritance! And
Hebrews 10:19-23 adds to that foundation. “Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the
Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through
the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near
with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil
conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our
hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” So we are Blood-bought, yes, we
are Blood-bought! We are guaranteed a new and living way that Jesus consecrated through
the veil of His flesh. He is our High Priest so we can have a true heart and full assurance of
faith having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed. When the
accuser comes to bring blame, we can literally proclaim, ‘That wasn’t me. That was someone
else. That old man died with Christ.’ Paul knew that was true and he acted on it. Can we walk
in freedom like Paul did? We certainly can. God really has made it possible for us to become
the inheritance. Nothing is impossible to us in the last days if we accept everything that Jesus
did for us. The entire process of being Blood-bought is a process of developing a clear
conscience and a heart that can walk in true faith as a Son and Daughter of the Most High.
What an inheritance!
