Jesus paid a price beyond any other man
Scripture: Philippians 2:1-12

Jesus came to pay the price for eternal salvation. In the process of getting a name which is
above every other name, a name at which every knee must bow in both heaven and earth, in
gaining all authority in heaven and earth, we have to ask ourselves, “Was the price then
greater than what any other individual had ever paid.” The answer to that, of course, is in the
prophets. The answer is a resounding “YES.’ Jesus paid a price beyond any other man. We
see that in Isaiah 52:13-15 where he says, “Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently, He shall
be exalted and extolled and be very high. Just as many were astonished at you, So His visage
was marred more than any man, And His form more than the sons of men; So shall He
sprinkle many nations. Kings shall shut their mouths at Him; For what had not been told them
they shall see, And what they had not heard they shall consider.” There was a price that went
with birthing eternal salvation and the price “…was being marred more than any man.” So the
principle is consistent. It starts with Abraham. It goes all the way through to Jesus. And we
have to say because of the Epistles, it extends until today. We’re the ones that determine the

level of adversity we will face in testing by the magnitude of what we ask God for. Does this
help us understand why the majority of the Church has not moved into the priesthood in the
magnitude that would turn the captivity of a nation? We see the reason why. The reason is
the price tag!
Prayer
 We must not stand indicted for unwillingness to pray a price
 This is a season of various levels of dedication. According to the occult, which
draws from the Greco-Roman mythology, there is a lot of spiritual activity
going on in the spirit realm influencing matters on earth. Declare God as King
over all kings declare that all other gods including Juno and Adonis and their
derivatives are the works of men, they are a lie. They are gods only because
men have deified them. Only God remains exalted as King overall. Proclaim
