The problem was most of us, without having had the cross applied to our lives, took that

authority in the 80s, and used it for our own personal gain

Scripture: Mark 11:25-26

Pure authority is absolutely essential in the last days to make any major impact on the nation.
We understand we must extend the mercy of God where it seems like there is definite
deserved judgment. Our job is to activate the mercy and then speak and declare God’s

blessing. In the early ’80s when the Faith Movement
reached its pinnacle there was a real crescendo of Divine authority. The problem was most of
us, without having had the cross applied to our lives, took that authority, and used it for our
own personal gain. We spent the anointing on ourselves rather than turning the captivity of
our nation. Now we face the loss of our nation and have no choice but to birth a whole new
move of the spirit – hopefully with an anointing that will turn this captivity and bring about
the renewal and reformation so desperately needed!
