The principles began to be set in cement for every generation to understand
Scripture: Genesis 12:1-3

Suddenly God begins looking for a man with which He can extend more covenants. This time the covenant promise is that “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And I will make your name great, And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” What is the price tag for this covenant that Abram suddenly finds? Abram is getting to know God, but there is a price. What is the price for Abram getting to
know God? The price is what God laid out upfront. He said, “Get out of your country, From your
kindred And from your father\’s house To a land that I will show you.” Abram is going to get to know God in a generation where few knew Him. The same price Abram paid exists in our generation. Abram is going to suffer loss, but this time the loss is going to be by choice. If he wants the relationship, if he wants to know God, he must embrace the loss up front… What does Abram gain in this covenant that makes
knowing God so exciting? Do we really know God?

Ø Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see any area where you have forsaken the living water. Ask Him to show you areas in your life and the church where you have filled yourselves up with unnecessary things that take up space that the water of life would otherwise fill up.
Ø As you receive knowledge of these areas, repent and ask the Holy Spirit to help you empty yourself of these and ready to be filled up by Him. (Isa 65:11-13)
Ø Ask the Lord to forgive you and seal areas where you have been full of holes.
