What Precedes A Kai-ros of Favour Is Usually A Great Season of Adversity And Devastation.
Scripture: Psalm 5:11, 12
Verses 11 and 12 state, “But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You. For You, O LORD, will bless the righteous; With favour You will surround him as with a shield.” What precedes a kai-ros of favour is usually a great season of adversity and devastation. During seasons of reversal it feels like the shield is down. Usually every conscientious believer goes through an intensive time of self-examination looking for anything that might be wrong or causing all the pain and agony that overwhelms their family. The end result of this introspection is usually the conclusion that for some reason their spiritual shield is down and they can’t figure out why. During a kai-ros of favour, God restores the shield and once again confidence returns in their relationship with the Master. We can expect during a kai-ros of favour that the shield of the Lord is rebuilt personally, corporately, and possibly nationally if we respond properly. A kai-ros of favour is here. How we respond determines a lot of what will happen on the national stage.

Wisdom for You in Daily Living
Thank You for counsel, and watching carefully over us. Thank You for the Holy Spirit; He is our teacher, helper, and guide.
Your children will not be afraid or confused, because Your Word brings them light and understanding. Although there are many voices in the world, they will follow the voice of the Good Shepherd, who laid down His life for the sheep.
Thank You for the wise parents, teachers, caregivers, friends, and pastors You have placed in our lives to teach and instruct us. I pray that your children will seek godly counsel. When they need to make an important decision, I pray that they will follow the peace that comes from knowing Your Word.
We trust You with our lives and everything on our way. I thank You for Your wisdom that causes us to stand and to walk wisely, making the most of tour time.
In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
