Scripture: First Samuel 2:22-25

Verses 22 through 25 states, “Now Eli was very old; and he heard everything his sons did to
all Israel, and how they lay with the women who assembled at the door of the tabernacle of
meeting. So he said to them, ‘Why do you do such things? For I hear of your evil dealings

from all the people. No, my sons! For it is not a good report that I hear. You make the
LORD’S people transgress. If one man sins against another, God will judge him. But if a man
sins against the LORD, who will intercede for him?’ Nevertheless they did not heed the
voice of their father, because the LORD desired to kill them.” Is it possible to restore the
mish-pawt of God even so that He removes the priests who are defiling the church so that the
full measure of God’s mish-pawt can be restored and our nation can be brought back from the
brink of destruction? If we ever wonder why leaders refuse to hear corrective words, it may
be because their sin is so grievous that God wants to kill them and their organizations. Is it
possible that once again we will see the hand of the Lord against the spirit of mammon? It is
not only possible, I believe we are knocking at the door!
PRAYER
I am a world-overcomer because I am born of God. I represent the Father and Jesus well. I
am a useful member in the body of Christ. I am His workmanship re-created in Christ
Jesus. My God is all the while effectually at work in me both to will and to work for His
good plea- sure. (1 John 5:4,5; 2 Cor. 5:20 AMP; Eph. 2:10 AMP; Phil. 2:13 AMP.)
