“That Every Fiber Of Our Being Might Be Filled And Flooded With All The Fullness Of God.”
Scripture: Ephesians 3:14-21
Once again in Ephesians 3 we are finding another high priestly prayer by the apostle Paul. We find him “bowing his knees” before the Father in worshipful reverence and declaring His purpose, “to be strengthened with might through the Holy Spirit in the inner man so that Christ could dwell in his heart through faith and he be rooted and grounded in love might be able to comprehend with all the saints” what is the total magnitude of God’s presence and willingness to work in our behalf. He said he wanted to know the width and length and depth and height, the love of Christ which passes knowledge. Verse 19 is one of the greatest statements in the New Testament. Paul says, “to know the love of Christ which passes all knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” In the Greek it is a dramatic declaration stating, “every fibre of our being might be filled and flooded with all the fullness of God.” No one can resist the manifestation when we are walking in that measure of relationship.
