- Thankfulness is a powerful characteristic. In this season as you reflect on the first half of the year, count your blessings.
- Take time to just focus on the goodness of the Lord. Even where you need to repent of sinfulness and shortcomings, thank the Lord that He could love someone with the issues that you have in your life. Focus on His love, goodness, and acceptance of you in the beloved.
- Ask the Holy Spirit to keep you focused on the goodness of the Lord. As you cultivate a thankful disposition, then you will magnify Him, and make Him greater than the challenges you may be facing. Rom 1:21, Heb 12:28, Col 2:7, 3:15-16, 4.2 Psalm 100, 1 Thess 5:18.
