Exodus 19:2 – for they were departed from Rephidim and were come to the desert of Sinai and had pitched in the wilderness and there Israel camped before the mount. Deut. 32:10 – He found him in a desert land and in the waste howling wilderness, he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
