- Acknowledge the goodness of the Lord in bringing yet another year cycle to a conclusion. Devote every moment of the month to the Lord for His glory. (Ps 145:4-7; Ps 107:8; Lev 27:28)
- Enter into the gates of the month with thanksgiving unto the Lord for both the difficult moments and joyful occasions of the closing year. Enter into His courts with praise for preserving you. Be thankful unto Him and bless His name for using every one of the moments of your life to fulfil His purpose as you submit them to His dealings. ( Ps 100:4-5; 1 Ch 16:7-9 ; Ps 103:1-5)
- Speak into the foundation of each day of this coming month, and declare that the foundation of God’s throne will be the stability of your times. These will be days of righteousness and justice in every aspect of your life and family, in your community and nation, and in the church on the continent (Ps 89:14, Ps 97:2).
