MONDAY, OCTOBER 01

  • Praise God for today the first day of the tenth Gregorian month and the first day of the last quarter of 2018. Thank Him for all He has blessed us with this year.
  • Praise Him for what He will execute in this new month. The Lord is good. Amen. (Psalm 35:18; Hebrews 13:15).
  • Present Nigeria whose 58th independence anniversary is today before Jehovah. The terrorist groups Boko Haram and herdsmen have caused deaths and untold damages to many areas and has brought about insecurity to the nation. Many have become refugees in their own country.
  • The Body of Christ in Nigeria which is very vast has not really carried this burden corporately. Bring repentance for the state of affairs that has brought about such a situation. Bring repentance on behalf of the Church where there has been a lack of discernment or ignoring of the signals that were given about the various dangers facing these nations in this season. Ezek 33:1-7
  • Ask for the wisdom of God for her leaders. Pray that the leaders will not be partial in leading.
  • Declare: Isa 60:18 over Nigeria: Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
