- Pray for the church in Africa as a whole to embrace one another as one people under God. Pray that God will raise leaders and all over the continent, who will appreciate every culture, and will boost the diverse contributions that each culture brings to the nation.
- Pray that God will guide the church to pray into the redemption of every tribe, and tongue in the nations. (Ps 72:11, Ps 102:22, Dan 7:14)
- Pray for yourself. Ask the Lord to renew your way of thinking and the way you approach the activities in the nations. Ask Him to show you where His hand is working in the nations, and how you can pray effectively for all the numerous things happening in various parts of the world today.
- Ask God to reveal Himself to you as God of the Nations. Pray for your nation. Ask the Lord to continue revealing His redemptive purpose for your nation in this very key season. Ask Him to show you what your part is, in view of the big picture of what He wants to do in your nation. Ask Him to show you how to use what you have in your hand to do His will as you enter this season (Ps 24:1, Ps 46).
