Are We Contributing To The Joy Of The Lord?

Scripture: Genesis 6:6

What can we say about God concerning the issue of relationships? What is the intent of His heart concerning a personal relationship with us? Genesis 6:6 says, “ And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.” What brought such great grief to the heart of God? The Hebrew word is aw- tsab – it means to carve, cut, or wound. Only a great relationship, when it\’s broken, gives great grief. Scripture itself seems to thunder out in a great neon spiritual sign the truth of the fact that God demands a relationship with His creation. The loss of that relationship brought great grief. If the loss of relationship brought great grief – what would the restoration of a relationship bring?
And what would God do in order to bring that restoration? Is it any wonder that Jesus said, “For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross, despising the shame…?” Are we contributing to the joy of the Lord? Do we really know the heart of God?

ØPray for God to raise true kingdom citizens with passion for governance, to pursue political offices, strategic media business ventures, develop educational institutions, technocratic positions, and other key decision-making and mind molding positions. (Dan 6:1-3)

ØPray that the God of Heaven will prosper His people physically and spiritually so they will arise and build the nation according to His patterns. (Neh. 2:20; Heb 8:5)

ØPray that the Father will bless you, your marriage, your family, the work of your hands, ministry, nation, and continent with the relevant fruitfulness for this month (Rev 22:2).
