⦁ This year started with the covid 19 pandemic. More than 21 million people have been infected and thousands have died of the virus worldwide. Many businesses have closed down and many have lost their means of livelihood. Crime rates increased. Prices of goods shut up.
⦁ There have been protests in many countries, plane crashes, earthquakes, shootings, bombings, tornado flooding etc. which indicate that the Lord wants to draw the attention of the world to HIM.
⦁ Pray that people will turn to the Lord Jesus Christ for solace and comfort.
⦁ Pray that God will preserve His own as these shakings come in the nations. (Isa 26:3,20-21).
⦁ Pray that this will be a season when many will search their lives and realize the futility of the temporal physical things amassed and begin to thirst for the eternal things of the Lord.
⦁ Pray that many will return to the ancient paths of righteousness which made the US rise to become a superpower for the past over 100 years. (Jeremiah 6:16a, Matt 6:19-21).
