The Broken, battered and bruised Are Transformed
Psalm 105:26-27, 37-38, Acts 2:1-4, 4:31
God’s purpose requires power! God reveals a path to lay hold of His resources that empowers His people to accomplish our purpose. Becoming a judicial army ( a judicial army is one that roots out demonic powers as God’s government agent) this requires confidence in God performing His Word. How did God instill confidence in the slaves of Egypt? Could there be a developmental pattern here? This was a Holy Spirit assignment. How did Moses transform slaves? Does the Bible tell us? Yes it does! Psalm 105:26-27 declares, “He sent Moses His servant, And Aaron whom He had chosen. They performed His signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.” Bondages had to be broken and Israelites had to be transformed to gain the confidence to represent God! Today’s church leaders face the same task Moses faced in transforming slaves! We must follow their pattern. Broken, battered and bruised people need healing. Persecution fell on the early church. It’s raining persecution in many nations. Here in America we are getting a taste of that too. Every day the voice against believers gets louder. In Acts the early church responded to persecution by praying for boldness and an anointing to heal. The Lord asks us to believe Him, trust Him and accept His Blood sacrifice. If we do that, He will impart to us a cleansing of our conscience to serve the Living God. We will have no more blame shame or guilt and we will be free. And once free we should ask for the anointing to heal. It is a picture of Moses in Egypt. It can also be a guide for us as we prepare to walk as God’s end-time army. As witnesses we are praying for an unprecedented healing revival where Jesus arises upon believers in every nation to represent Him. What Moses did in Egypt is about to be duplicated in believers in every nation as God transforms His church into His glorious Bride without spot or wrinkle! Let us embrace our Sonship and ask for this anointing!
- Declare Isa 45.2-3 that in this season Jehovah will go ahead of you, make a way where there seem to be no way, deliver you from every bondage, even the legal right bondages that the enemy may lay claim to through ancestral wickedness, curses and self-inflicted bondage (Isa 49.24-26).
- Pray that the Lord will release for you treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, He will make streams flow in the desert for you.
- Declare into the womb of these Hajj days that Jesus is the only sacrifice that is satisfactory to the Lord. His sacrifice is enough, no other blood sacrifice is required to satisfy Jehovah. Heb 9.
- Pray into that season and command the heavens to obey only the bidding of Jesus concerning the destiny of the righteous which these seek to manipulate in their devotions during the season of pilgrimage and celebration of that feast of sacrifice.
