The King’s Favor Is Toward A Wise Servant

Scripture: Proverbs 14:35

Perhaps the question we should ask ourselves is, what can we do in a kai-ros of favor to prepare ourselves to receive the full measure of what God wants to give? Proverbs 14:35 gives us a major starting position when it says, “The king’s favor is toward a wise servant, But his wrath is against him who causes shame.” We can safely say this is not a season to cause God shame. We perhaps could also speculate that in a season where God declares a kai-ros of favor all those who name the name of Christ, but consistently cause shame, may find that favor extended to the church may mean their removal. Will we see the wrath of God against him who causes shame? A kai-ros of favor may well include such events. A word to the wise should be sufficient. RIGHTEOUSNESS…one of the most important things that you must do is to pursue Righteousness, it is the gateway to divine favour. The Bible says for thou, Lord, Wilt bless the righteous, with favour Wilt thou compass him as a shield. (Psalm 5:12). This Righteousness actually implies right standing with God, which is made possible by salvation. It is being born again that qualifies you to be called righteous in the sight of God through Christ. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2Cor 5:21). We must be walking right with God as well.

Wisdom for You in Daily Living

Praise the Lord! I worship You in spirit and truth. I am blessed, happy, and fortunate, and your offspring shall be mighty upon the earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Heavenly Father, we bind ourselves to the clear knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and understanding. I know that Your will and Your Word agree. We bind our desires to Yours so we can know Your plans and purposes for this season in their lives. We pray that we will live in a way that is worthy of You and fully pleasing to You. We believe You will cause our thoughts to agree with Your will so that we may be fruitful in every good work.

Your wisdom is pure and full of compassion. Thank You that your children are developing in love and are strong in faith, knowing that Your words contain a wealth of wisdom. Whatever situations we may face in this life, I thank You that we will always have Your wisdom to do and say the right thing. Teach us the way that You want us to go.
