- Today is Pentecost Sunday praise the Lord.
- The festival of Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast of Weeks. In the Christian tradition, this event represents the birth of the early Church.
- This is a celebration of the coming of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2.1; Praise the Lord for the Holy Spirit, who’s coming brought with Him potential for every deliverance, healing, and ability to operate in the power that Jesus operated in. Rom 1.16, 1 Cor 1.24-25, 2.4-5, 2 Cor 6.7 Eph 1.17-23,2.6-10
- Pray that in this season, kingdom citizens will recognize the importance of the Holy Spirit infilling us and enduing us with power as He did in Acts 2. It is only after the baptism of the holy Spirit that any kingdom citizen have potential to fully operate in the grace of salvation in its totality.
- Consciously ask the Holy Spirit to help you move to another level of fellowship and operation in inspirational gifts He has for you for this particular season. 1 Cor 12.
