> We are in a season where the Lord is using the fan in His hand to winnow and thoroughly purge, remove or separate those He recognizes among His people as wheat from those He considers chaff. The wheat will be gathered into His barn or garner (Heaven) but the chaff will be burned with an unquenchable fire (hell fire) (Matt 3:12; Luke 3:17).
> Beloved, will the Lord recognize you as wheat or as chaff? You must judge yourself in this matter because he who is spiritual judges all things. If you find out by the standard of God’s word that you cannot be counted as wheat then quickly deliver yourself by sorrowing in a godly manner because godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation. (1 Cor 2:15; 2 Cor 7:9-10)
> How many in the body of Christ round the world will the Lord find as wheat in this season? Many are living their lives by self will and not fulfilling the Lord’s will because their lifestyle is dictated by what is convenient to them, what is pleasing to them, what best suites them by their own standards and not by the Lord’s standard, what they like or dislike etc. Their lives are all about themselves and not about God. How much wheat will the Lord find?
> Spend time before the Lord in deep sorrow of heart and mind and stand in the gap for the deliverance of God’s people, if not, many will be among those the Lord will say “I know you not… depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity” irrespective of what they ever achieved for the kingdom of God! (2 Cor 7:9-10; Eze 22:30)
