Read Matt 8:24-27. These are turbulent times morally, financially, politically, socially and even in weather patterns. No matter what turbulence there is in the world, the seasons of Jehovah continue unperturbed.
Nature prepares to go into hibernation during this season while men fret and are tossed about. Resting has an inference of trusting.
Pray that your trust in Jehovah will increase in this season and you will enter into His rest no matter the circumstances you are in.
As you rest in Him, may the great storms bring about a great calm for you, your family and the church at large.
Pray that while men’s hearts fail from fear of the unknown, you will rest upon the word of the Lord concerning you and this season – He is doing a new thing in the continent, in you, your family, marriage, business, church, province and nation (Jeremiah 29:11, Luke 21:26,33-36)
Pray that the sense of stability will be your portion contrary to anything that anyone or any situation is saying.
Pray that He will be the rock upon which you will rest your anchor (Heb 6:19-20, Ps 46:1-3, Ps 18:1-3)
