Groans Registered in Heaven Brings Forth God’s Declaration Of A Kai-Ros Of Favor. Scripture: Psalm 102:1-12

Perhaps one of the first things we should ask ourselves about a kai-ros of favor is what are the prerequisites if any are required? In Psalm 102 the beginning of the Psalm describes the condition that brought forth a declared or set time of favor. We are told in the heading, “Prayer of an Overwhelmed Saint.” In the New King James Open Bible Expanded Version it says, “A prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed and pours out his complaint before the LORD.” God prophetically declares a set time of favor after a long-standing season of affliction when people are overwhelmed and their intercession only consists of groans, because words cannot describe what they have experienced. Overwhelming circumstances created the soil out of which a kai-ros of favor was declared. Perhaps we should thank all those in the church who have experienced such circumstances, because their groans must have registered in heaven and brought forth God’s declaration of a kai-ros of favor.

  Father, I pray that my spiritual children, _____________ (name them), You make Your face to shine upon them and enlighten them. You are gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favour) to them. They are the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath.

Thank You that they are increasing in favour with You by seeking Your kingdom and Your righteousness and diligently seeking good. My spiritual children are a blessing to You, Lord, and a blessing to _____________ (name them: family, neighbors, school mates, business associ- ates, etc.). Grace (favour) is with them because they love the Lord Jesus in sincerity. Because they are Your beloved children, You extend favour, honour, and love to them, so that they are always flowing in Your love, Father. You are pouring out upon my spiritual children the spirit of favour and crowning them with glory and honour. They are Your workmanship.

My heart overflows with praise and thanksgiving because of who You are, my Father. Thank You for giving my spiritual children the power and ability to succeed.
