GOD in this season. • Pray that GOD will teach your hands to war and your fingers to do battle
so you can break the steel bows of the witches, wizards, sorcerers, necromancers, diviners,
monthly prognosticators, astrologers, traffickers of familiar spirits and the queen of heaven (Ps
18:34; Ps 144:1).
Achieve Maturity By Completing The Growth Cycle
Scripture: Ephesians 1:18a, John 17:20-23
The hope of His calling is defined in John 17:20-23. This passage says, “I do not pray for these
alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as
You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe
that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just
as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the
world may know that You have sent Me and have loved them as You have loved Me.” ‘Perfect’ in
verse 23 is tel-i-o-o which means to achieve maturity by completing the growth cycle. Man’s
physical growth cycle is a minimum of 16 years, and the spiritual growth may take much longer,
perhaps even a lifetime that depending on personal resistance. Not everyone yields to the Spirit.
Where are we in the John 17 growth cycle? The church needs fertilizer and lots of water!
Prayer
Father I thank you that through your mercy You have made a way for me to access
your heavenly presence. I choose to deny myself take up the cross and follow your way I choose
to lose my life to gain your life. I step in through the veil of Jesus through the way of the cross
I step into the realm of your government. I come to trade on the brazen altar of covenant
exchange. I exchange my sin for your righteousness I exchange my rejection for your
Acceptance. I exchange my guilt for your forgiveness. I exchange my sickness for your health
I exchange my old life for your new life. I exchange my old identity for my your new identity.
