Certain prevailing situations and circumstances were the channel by which heat and pressure was created in your health, finances, spiritual etc life.
Thank God for each trying moment, each difficult situation, each person who brought about hardship to you. Jesus needed Judas to betray him so that the world would be reconciled to God through His death. God uses anything to glorify His name and fulfil purpose.
Thank God for those Judases and Peninahs. They were necessary for your upliftment. (1 Th 5:18 ; Mar 11:25-26 ; Ps 34:19 ; Job 5:18)
In areas where you went through heat and pressure, guard against: lack of forgiveness and bitterness. These two traits are debilitating to many children of God. Like the parable in Mat 18:21-35 pray and forgive those who were used, if not, God will not forgive your trespasses.
Ask God to root out or keep out bitterness which will trouble and defile many. Ask the Lord to heal your wounds. (Mat 6:14-15; Mar 11:25-26; Lk 6:37; Eph 4:32; Mat 15:13; Eph 4:31; Heb 12:15; Jer 30:17)
