Scripture: Exodus 32:11-14
Exodus 32:11-14 says, “Then Moses pleaded with the LORD his God, and said: ‘LORD, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand? Why should the Egyptians speak, and say, ‘He brought them out to harm them, to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth’? Turn from Your fierce wrath, and relent from this harm to Your people. Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, ‘I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.’ So the LORD relented from the harm which He said He would do to His people.” What is the power of holiness? The legal right to appear in God’s Presence is guaranteed by being declared holy. We have the spiritual quality essential to fellowship with God. The way is opened through the blood of Christ. We can intercede for family; we can intercede for friends and we can intercede for all those who are in rebellion and wayward and in deception. We can pray them into freedom or judgment just as Moses did.
- As Israel enters the sacred year, ask that the Lord will reveal Himself to many and lift the veil of blindness to His Son Jesus Christ. The Bible says that some have been cut off so that you could be grafted in.
- In this New Year, ask the Lord that as many as have been cut off so that you could be grafted into Christ will begin to see and hear and put their trust in Jesus Christ. (Rom 11:12.16-19)
- Pray that the Lord will visit the Middle East in this season so that the inhabitants in those lands will experience a personal encounter with Jesus Christ in such a way that they cannot deny He is indeed God the Son.
Proclaim Deuteronomy 32:39-43 over the Middle East.
