We should desire greatly to live up to what Christ has done for us!
Ephesians 2:13
In Ephesians 2:13 we are told, “But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been
brought near by the blood of Christ.” Jesus initiated this process. The very first thing that
becomes clear is we become the inheritance because we are Blood-bought. Jesus is the One
who paid that price, and He is the One who bought us. What are we going to do now with the
truth that we are Blood-bought? The right path is to recognize it and choose to live
confidently and securely as a result. We should desire greatly to live up to what Christ has
done for us! Righteousness allows us to move God’s Hand relationally! No righteousness,
then no access, no deliverance, no healing, no victory! Perseverance waits for God’s timing
even when it is painfully longer than we think it should be!
