- Today is Christmas day. This is the period of time when most of the body of Christ celebrates the commemorative birth of Jesus Christ.
- Pray that God’s word will be preached in the midst of Christmas celebrations. Pray that there will be harvest of souls during this season.
- Pray that the fullness of the light of the glorious gospel of Christ will shine on all men on earth as they hear the preaching, declarations, proclamations and the singing of God’s word throughout this season so they will be delivered from the god of this world (2 Cor 4:4 ; Isa 61:1-3) .
- Concurrently, many on the enemy’s side continue with their sacrifices and offerings of blood to their gods to help them cross over into the next year, consequently there is an increased spate of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters.
- Pray for ignorant believers who travel to their villages and expose themselves to the village gods during this time.
