- During the full moon the gravitational pull of the moon causes a destabilization of waters of the earth. There is ebbing and flowing of the tides at its maximum. The human body is more than 70% water and therefore it gets affected by the moons gravitational pull. That is why many dogs will howl during the full moon. There is heightened sexual immorality, mental illness and other adverse effects.
